Delivery within 2-4 days

We endeavour to deliver all stocked items within 2-4 working days of us confirming receipt of your order, although this timeframe is an estimate only.

If we are not able to supply the products or there is likely to be a delay, we will notify you as soon as possible after we become aware of this, in which case you may cancel the order and you will receive a refund.

Physical delivery address required as delivery is by courier

We cannot deliver to a P.O. Box address so please provide a physical address.
Delivery will be by courier or freight forwarder. An email will be sent to you when the goods are dispatched to enable you to track and trace your order.

Please ensure you have your order delivered to an address where someone is available to sign for it. If you are unavailable to sign for an item when our courier calls, we will leave a card at the delivery address so you can arrange for the re-delivery or collection of your goods.
