Damaged or faulty products

In the unlikely circumstances that an item or products are delivered to you and have been damaged or faulty upon arrival, 3 Buckets Full will need to be notified within 14 days of the delivery and  will do all we can to rectify the problem.

Email our friendly team at sales@3bucketsfull.com regarding the problem, we may have to ask you to fill out a returns form and supply some pictures of the damaged products for our store assessment.

3 buckets full will arrange a replacement for your faulty or damaged items or we will give you a full store credit for the total of the damaged goods.

Replacement or credit will not be granted if it is proved that the item or products have become unacceptable quality due to them being misused or not used in accordance with manufacturer’s instructions.
