Delivery within NZ
Postage and delivery to anywhere in New Zealand and Australia is handled by our efficient and friendly distribution team.
Shipping within NZ is free on all orders $49 and over.
Shipping to Australia
Look for items with a 'Ship to AU' tag. There are a standard freight charge of $11 to ship up to 3 of any of these items to Australia.

If you make a purchase with our store and change your mind after purchase you have 14 days to notify us of your mistake purchase.
We ask you to advise our friendly team at 3 buckets Full on email@example.com so as we can forward you a return form and arrange for the order or product to be returned to us. The items or products returned must be unopened and unused so as 3 Buckets Full can issue you with a complete store credit in which you can purchase any of our products to the value of the credit.
3 Buckets Full will not accept items sent back to stock if our team have not been notified beforehand. If returns are in a state of unacceptable quality due to them being misused or not used in accordance to manufacturer’s instructions.
Items Under Guarantee
If your product purchased from 3 Buckets Full is damaged and the manufacturer has offered a time guarantee please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with details. We may ask you to supply us a few images of the item and fill in a return form. If our staff can prove that a warranty applies 3 Buckets Full will issue a replacement as soon as possible and arrange for the product to be returned to us so we can send it to our supplier.
In some circumstances we are unable to assess the item for warranty and will have to ask you to send the product back to us for assessment by the staff of 3 Buckets Full. If we can then agree that the product is faulty from our supplier or manufacturer we will arrange for a replacement and freight reimbursement, otherwise if not, you will have the option to receive the faulty product back or leave it with 3 Buckets Full for disposal.
